Where: Uvas Canyon County Park, Upper Bench group campsite.
When: Sat 3/15/25 3:00 PM - Sun 3/16/25 12:00 PM
Who: Only Pack 508 Cub Scouts, their parents or legal guardians, and siblings under 18 are eligible to attend.
Cost: $5 per person.

You must complete all of the steps below by Fri 3/7 11:59 PM in order to register for the campout.

Send in your payment of $5 per person, using one of the following options:

If you haven't submitted your health forms within the last year, send your completed health forms to Mr. Thiru, including photocopies of the front and back side of your insurance cards. A separate health form is needed for every attendee (not just the Scouts).

Families are responsible for bringing their own dinner on Saturday.
The pack will supply s'mores and hot chocolate on Saturday evening, and a grab & go style breakfast on Sunday morning.

3:00 PM - Earliest time to arrive.
3:00 PM - 6:30pm - Set up camp. Dinner (families bring their own food).
6:30 PM - Welcome announcements. Review campout plans.
7:00 PM - Night hike (sunset is at 7:16pm).
8:00 PM - S’mores & hot chocolate.
8:45 PM - Campfire program.
9:30 PM - End of Saturday program.
10:00 PM - Quiet time.

8:00 AM - Breakfast (grab & go cold items; hot water for coffee & hot chocolate).
9:00 AM - Waterfall loop hike. Optional craft station for those who would prefer to stay at the campsite.
11:00 AM - Pack up camp.
12:00 PM - Depart.

Please see the packing list to understand what personal gear each attendee should bring.
An equipment signup list will be sent out soon. Please indicate which equipment you can help to bring. We cannot make this campout happen unless everyone pitches in to bring the necessary equipment.
Pets are not allowed at Pack campouts. Please leave your pets at home.

Parking
Parking is very limited at Uvas Canyon County Park. Please limit the number of cars that you bring, and consider carpooling with other families if at all possible.

Once registration closes, there are no refunds. Please contact the Cubmaster to request a refund prior to the close of registration.
