Join Pack 508!

If your son or daughter is ready to join Cub Scouts and Pack 508, here are the steps to take:

1. Email us at info@pack508.org and let us know you're interested in joining.  We can answer any questions, and let you know how to attend a pack or den meeting before signing up.

2. Complete an online application for each joining Scout.

   • You need to fill out a Youth Application for each child who will join Pack 508.

   • Do not fill out an Adult Application unless you discuss it with us first. Only adults who take on a formal leadership position within Pack 508 need to complete this application.

3. Pay the annual registration fees and dues.

4. Complete an annual health form.

   • This is required for each joining Scout.  It is also required for every family member who will be joining us on overnight events.

   • Health forms will be completed online via CampDoc, a secure HIPAA compliant portal. This sample form shows the type of information that will be collected.

5. Purchase a uniform and handbook for your new Scout.

6. Come and participate in our Pack 508 events and meetings!
