Where: Mt. Madonna County Park, Huckleberry group campsite. Located near Gilroy, about a 60 minute drive from Saratoga (without traffic).
When: Fri 9/25/26 5:00 PM - Sun 9/27/26 10:00 AM
Who: Only Pack 508 Cub Scouts, their parents or legal guardians, and siblings under 18 are eligible to attend.
Cost: $10 per person.

You must complete all of the steps below to register for the campout.
Click the Sign Up Now button above and complete the form. This is due by Tue 9/15 11:59 PM.
Complete the annual pack registration process, if you have not already done so.
Join the Fall Campout WhatsApp group.
Complete your annual health forms via CampDoc. More info on this will be sent after sign ups are closed.
Pay $10 per person via Scoutbook. More info on this will be sent after sign ups are closed.
Meals
Meals
Pack-wide meals will be planned for Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Meal planning, preparation, and clean up responsibilities will be assigned by den. Assignments will be determined after registration closes and we know how many attendees we have per den. Families attending Friday evening are responsible for their own dinner (either eat before arriving or bring a ready-to-eat meal to camp).

An equipment sign up list will be sent out soon. Please review the list and indicate which equipment you can help to bring. We cannot make this campout happen unless everyone pitches in to bring the necessary equipment.
Pets are not allowed at Pack campouts. Please leave your pets at home.
Parking
Parking
Our group campsite has an adjacent parking lot that will accommodate at least 15 vehicles. Additional vehicles will need to park in an overflow lot, approximately 1/2 mile away. Once we know how many families are attending, we will coordinate on how best to park all of our vehicles.

Once registration closes, there are no refunds. Please contact the Cubmaster to request a refund prior to the close of registration.
